Kevin has over 30 years of experience defending clients in the area of asbestos defense litigation. He has significant experience representing manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and premise owners and has successfully defended thousands of claims throughout the State of Louisiana. He has been actively engaged in asbestos litigation in Arkansas, California, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia. He provides local counsel in other jurisdictions with information about the client, strategies and defenses, coordination of written discovery, attending corporate depositions, assisting with discovery, expert witnesses, trial preparation, and settlement discussions. Kevin understands the complexities of mass tort litigation and is well-versed in working with prominent experts including industrial hygienists, toxicologists, pathologists, pulmonary physicians, human factor experts, epidemiologists, and economists. Kevin has been successful in representing a variety of clients in litigation involving products liability, trucking, and insurance defense.
With extensive trial, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution experience, Kevin is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Louisiana.
